- Full-time schedule aligned with Pre-Op clinic schedule,

Area Highlights:
Coeur d Alene, perched in a beautiful lakefront mountain setting, is becoming a favorite destination for retirees and many others fleeing other urban areas, especially on the Pacific coast.
