This position will be full-time, hybrid, and is a contract position.3 days on-siteOnsite location:Trenton, NJ 08625What You'll DoLead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable technical architectures that meet business requirementsOversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget. Provide technical guidance to project teamsUtilize significant experience with at least two of the following tools: Salesforce, AWS, Snowflake, or other comparable technologies, to drive project successWork closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDevelop and maintain a technical roadmap that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Propose improvements and innovative solutionsImplement strategies for optimizing system performance, scalability, and security. Conduct regular reviews and assessmentsEnsure thorough documentation of architecture, design decisions, and system configurations. Maintain adherence to industry standards and best practicesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvementOversee the integration of various systems and technologies to ensure seamless operation and data flow. Conduct integration testing and validationIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
