Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with a leading Biotechnology company across Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs businesses.The primary focus of this role is to deliver outbound telephonic educational support to identified patients, caregivers, Healthcare Professionals, and their staff within primary care or specialist facilities. The goal is to support education and engagement related to a designated disease state, meeting all relevant standards as set by the company and Clinical Manager. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, including medical terminology.This is your opportunity to join Inizio Engage and represent a top biotechnology companyWork HoursThis position requires availability from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.What’s in it for you?Competitive compensationExcellent Benefits – accrued time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability & life insurance, paid maternity and bonding time benefits, employee discounts/promotionsCompetitive environment with company-wide recognition, contests, and coveted awardsExceptional company cultureRecognized as a Top Workplace USA 2021Awarded a “Great Place to Work” award in 2022 and 2023Fortune Best Workplaces in Biopharma 2022What will you be doing?Conducting outbound calls to provide non-promotional disease-state-related educational support to identified customers as directed by the client companyProviding outbound support for therapy and/or medical device product education, including but not limited to supplemental injection/infusion/inhalation training support or techniqueProactively reaching out to Healthcare Professionals/Patients/Caregivers to present virtual educational programs in accordance with client proceduresConducting outbound medication adherence support to patients and caregivers, ensuring consistent follow-ups to support positive health outcomesScheduling and enrolling patients and caregivers into educational seminars or providing resources to assist them with finding local community resources or centers of care for their specialty or primary care diseaseCollecting and managing demographic data and disposition for product, sample, reimbursement services, and literature fulfillmentMaintaining high standards of customer service by adhering to program talking points or scripts and leveraging live video conferencing software as applicableEnsuring compliance by using only approved materials provided by Inizio or by the client, without changes, copying, or distributionParticipating in training by attending and completing all required courses and competency assessments, maintaining a high standard of performanceBuilding and nurturing relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted resource for disease-related educationCollaborating across healthcare sectors to develop and provision services that benefit customers and support the client’s goalsDriving innovation by considering new approaches that could create new partnership opportunitiesCompleting administrative responsibilities such as daily computer updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and time reporting in a timely and accurate mannerAttending national and local meetings to stay updated on plans, activities, and industry developments, contributing insights and sharing knowledge with the Patient Solutions teamMaintaining equipment and materials according to company standards and instructionsAdhering to all policies and procedures set by Inizio and the client, ensuring compliance at all timesWhat do you need for this position?Current US healthcare professional license (RN)Fluency in Spanish and English, including medical terminologyAssociate’s Degree/Bachelor’s/BSN or equivalent work-related experience3+ years’ experience working in a specific disease state or related field (preferred)Effective communication skills with a strong focus on outbound calling and follow-upAbility to manage multiple calls and priorities simultaneously with minimal disruptionProficiency with call center telephone technologyOrganizational skills to track and document interactions and follow-up activitiesA self-starter attitude with high personal motivation to achieve goals and meet objectivesEvidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to lifelong learningAbout Inizio EngageInizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner specializing in healthcare.
