Our team always emphasizes personal development over short-lived success, and we pride ourselves on our intellectual integrity and our ability to deliver outstanding, unbiased analysis products As a Senior Weapons Strike Analyst you will…Develop and apply models and simulations to evaluate strike weapons and aircraft operating in denied environments with the goal of discovering useful information, advising conclusions, and supporting DoD investment decisionsWork with a small team including junior analysts who will benefit from your experience, and senior engineers with whom you will guide the direction of high-profile DoD projectsEngage in independent research projects that encourage creative solutions and reward independent initiativeHave the opportunity to present your work through briefings to both technical specialists and pivotal decision makers QualificationsYou’ll meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...Have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Aerospace, Electrical, or other form of EngineeringHave demonstrated ability performing analysis with mission-level tools such as AFSIM, EADSIM, SUPPRESSOR, or JIMM on the survivability and effectiveness of strike weapon systemsAre highly skilled in learning new and exciting technical topicsCan work effectively in a highly collaborative environment and communicate complex ideas to a variety of partnersAre proficient to fluent in a programming or scripting language such as MATLAB or PythonAre able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information.
