The primary focus for this role will be to document process, provide technical support, and train users on the use of MMPA's business systems (Primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).You will act as subject matter expert to solve users' challenges within operations and logistics modules, support day-to-day tickets relating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and provide technical and functional support to Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) teams.As well will gather business requirements for upcoming software integrations and extensions as well as contribute to gap analysis related activities for both current and future acquisitions.
