Job DescriptionJob Description

Basic Function: Responsible for obtaining and printing the daily schedule prepared by the Senior Analyst making sure that up to date copy is always provided to Shipping Lead. Primary duties include creating Bill of Ladings, Packing Slips, and Customer Invoices in the ERP system; printing out labels and providing to Shipping Lead. Required to close shipments and make sure that the Advanced Shipping Notice is transmitted to each customer in a timely manner. Responding to critical shortage issues and arranging expedited shipments if needed.

Qualifications: HS diploma or related experience, computer literate, good communication skills. Excellent Customer Service

Additional Information: May work some extended hours as needed, willing to travel locally, cross train on duties for Coordinator & Clerk.
