Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pmSummary: The Medical Assistant has both clinical and clerical responsibilities and will perform either role at any given time to assure uninterrupted patient care. The Medical Assistant performs various clinical/administrative functions in a fast paced environment. This position requires a high level of organization, multi-tasking, and superior clinical and customer service skills. Work up patient in a timely manner, including: obtain vital signs, urinalysis and blood glucose, allergy and medication lists and reconciliation of lists, documenting all information in EMR.
