About the jobWe are looking to hire a social strategist to join our internal creative team.  Lead strategic storytelling on social including social strategy and campaign planning, identifying social trends, and performancereporting.Work with internal and external creative partners to produce content.Be hands-on with creative: pitching ideas, writing post copy, leveraging existing content to make assets, creating memes, etc.Promote brand awareness and create social buzz around variousinitiativesStrategize and execute social activations, working diligently with cross functional teams to bring creative ideas tolife.Keep our brands relevant through brand fan engagement, buildingrelationships with super fans, likeminded partners, andinfluencers.Manage executions cross-functionally, including any needs from Legal, CRM, Creative, Media, Product, andIT.Analyze program and content results, applying key learnings to optimize future projects. This position is hybrid and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.About youFUNCTIONAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILL REQUIREMENTS   Ability to share creative ideas and work collaboratively to execute Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsFinger on the pulse of culture and trends that can be shared with the larger team to identify opportunitiesThorough knowledge of the top social media networks INDICITIVE EXPERIENCE  Years of Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience insocial media marketingPrevious Roles:Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience.
