We’ll help you develop the career you want as you chart your own course for success.Minimum Qualifications: US Citizenship and a Top Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline 3+ years of experience supporting Government Developmental Test and Evaluation3+ years of experience working Test and Evaluation and Integration on space-related, including space, ground, software, and hardware system Major Defense Acquisition Programs3+ years of experience with planning and executing System Integration of complex Space and Ground systems3+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment developing test strategies, plans, reports, and briefings, participation in test execution, verification, or analysisStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsHighly motivated and dynamic work ethic with a strong desire to contribute to the DoD missionNice If You Have:TS/SCI clearanceMaster’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical disciplineExperience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systemsExperience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselinesKnowledge of Agile MethodologiesIn support of pay transparency at Maxar, we disclose salary ranges on all of our U.S. job postings. We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:$71,000.00 - $152,000.00 annually.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, health and welfare insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
