Sales Support Coordinator

About the role:

Coordinate supply chain between TD SYNNEX, a national consumer electronics distributor, and its customers, which consists of both traditional, online retailers, Account Managers and Sales Reps.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for the post sales processing of orders, including order entry, inventory, tracking, and customer service.

  • Works daily with Sales Rep on item set-ups, item cross references, product allocations and pricing.

  • Manage Customer Order Management Portals.

  • Work with Product Managers to secure inventory, fill backorders, request merchandise transfers (MT’s) and manage EOL sku’s consumption.

  • Works with VCM’s to manage SPA/ SCM, including requests for funding changes, date changes and quantity budget changes.

  • Works daily with warehouses to coordinate shipments, specifically customers and 3rd party carrier pickups.

What we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role

  • High school degree or equivalent is required. College is preferred

  • Demonstrated business communication skills, including but not limited to verbal and written communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook

  • Organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
