Sales Support Coordinator

About the role:
Coordinate supply chain between TD SYNNEX, a national consumer electronics distributor, and its customers, which consists of both traditional, online retailers, Account Managers and Sales Reps.
What you'll do:
Responsible for the post sales processing of orders, including order entry, inventory, tracking, and customer service.
Works daily with Sales Rep on item set-ups, item cross references, product allocations and pricing.
Manage Customer Order Management Portals.
Work with Product Managers to secure inventory, fill backorders, request merchandise transfers (MT’s) and manage EOL sku’s consumption.
Works with VCM’s to manage SPA/ SCM, including requests for funding changes, date changes and quantity budget changes.
Works daily with warehouses to coordinate shipments, specifically customers and 3rd party carrier pickups.
What we're looking for:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
High school degree or equivalent is required. College is preferred
Demonstrated business communication skills, including but not limited to verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
Organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
