Cognizant’s EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with “best of bread” platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration. Job Description: While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: Required Qualifications · 12+ years of experience and is hands-on in IBM IID/BAW/WAS/Springboot and provide L3 support to existing IBM landscape. · Should have excellent communication skills to work with the client and other stakeholders. · The resource would be required to mentor other developers along with doing actual support work/problem fixes. · Should be able to contribute independently and work closely with different project teams · Should have good understanding and exposure on support engagement · Should be able to provide on call support during P1/P2 issues and coordinate with offshore team · Provide thought leadership, technical guidance and lead development of enterprise software integration solutions. · Design, develop, implement and maintain shared engineering platforms, products and solutions, to reduce incidents · Implement technology solutions focusing on reuse and leveraging Chubb & Industry standards and best practices. · Ensure compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards and best practices · Ensure the compliance of software deliveries to security audit policies. · Ensure the design and code developed are optimized and fine-tuned for scalability and performance · Actively contribute & collaborate with the teams following Agile development methodology such as planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily status reporting · Drive continuous improvements to all aspects of the development process within the team and across the organization · Guide, train, mentor and provide oversight to other software engineers in the team / project / in the firm · Quickly grasp knowledge on applications developed using IBM Technology Stack - IBM IID (BAW) and IBM WAS · Exhibit strong technical, problem analyzing and solving skills · Single point of contact person at onshore to work with client business, IT stakeholders and execute the delivery with the help of offshore team · Analytical skills with the ability to face off to the business and senior management · Ability to demonstrate good stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with strong personal credibility · Knowledge on Camel/Springboot is preferable Applications will be accepted until 11- Oct-2024. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 to $132,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
