Who are you?
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare industry preferred.
Must have strong knowledge of HR policy and procedure and HRIS systems.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or in lieu of degree, at least 3 years' experience in a professional HR position.
The ideal candidate will have full cycle HR knowledge and experience to include recruiting, onboarding, orientation, payroll, employee relations, HR compliance, and labor management
Preferred knowledge of Paycor HRIS system
Salary range: $50k- $58k DOE.
