Geriatric Medicine Opportunity - Westwood, NJ Position Overview A well-established healthcare system in Northern New Jersey, affiliated with a leading healthcare network, is seeking a Geriatric Medicine Physician to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant community with a supportive environment, known for its outdoor activities and proximity to New York City. Position Details - Join a dedicated team of 13 physicians, supported by experienced nurses, respiratory and physical therapists, registered dietitians, and social services professionals. - Provide comprehensive care, including annual physical exams, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. - Access to an onsite laboratory, X-ray, MRI, and CT scan to support patient care. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer high-quality care for the elderly population. - Participate in a weekend rotation with practice call once or twice a month; no hospital call required. - Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records.
