At Speech Warrior Speech Therapy, we are a neurodiversity-affirming clinic dedicated to providing holistic, individualized treatment for children. Our mission is to empower each child to communicate effectively and confidently while embracing their unique strengths.

We are a pediatric practice, with a high concentration of autistic clients. We treat children ages 0-18.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Autism, using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and addressing Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

*Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply (signing bonus does not pertain to those who do not have their C's yet)

*This role requires Saturday availability, as we are open Monday through Saturday, which is essential in a private practice setting. We are closed on Sundays. You will have the flexibility to select your additional day off, with the exception of Wednesdays (reserved for team meetings) and Saturdays*

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each child’s needs.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support children’s communication goals.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families to enhance their child’s communication skills in everyday settings.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

*Must be able to reliably commute to our practice, as well as have reliable transportation to/from daycares/schools*

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary of $62,000 - $85,000 yearly; based on relevant experience
• $1,000 signing bonus
• Flexible hours
• Up to $1,000 yearly reimbursement for CEUs/ Conferences
• Mileage reimbursement for daycare/ school travel
