We’re Hiring: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and families, and have experience, or are interested in working with children with Autism, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Childhood Apraxia of Speech, we want to hear from you

Position Overview: This full-time position requires a commitment to serving children with diverse needs in a supportive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinician, but Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply. Please note that the signing bonus is not applicable to candidates still completing their clinical fellowship.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (with flexible days off, except for Wednesdays—reserved for team meetings—and Saturdays). We are closed on Sundays.
  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute to our practice and have transportation for travel to daycares and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language development.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each child’s unique needs and goals.
  • Use evidence-based interventions tailored to individual children, including those with Autism and Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to support communication development in both therapy and everyday settings.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, education, and support to families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $62,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
  • $1,000 Signing Bonus (Clinical Fellows excluded)

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a Speech Language Pathology License to practice in NJ.
  • Is enthusiastic about working with children and families in a neurodiversity-affirming environment.
  • Has experience with Autism, AAC, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech (or is eager to learn).
  • Is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to ongoing professional development.

Occupation Classification Requirements:

  • Speech-Language Pathologist OR
  • Speech-Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (if currently completing CF)
