Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager 3 Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about the POSITION)This role leads strategy and planning for global GCM Business Services, including budget allocation, capacity planning, and overseeing a team of 20 vendor workers. Additionally, this role focuses on optimizing procurement processes through process improvement, enhanced governance, and systems development.Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: (3+ bullets of the main responsibilities on the assignment)Coordinate a global team of 20 vendor workers, incl. dealing with performance issues to achieve appropriate spend to budget utilizationPartner and liaise with GCM Budget Management Lead, Cloud Marketing Finance, and Deal Desk to ensure 100% budget spend are utilized and any kind of procurement / SOW related issues / blockers are resolved Strengthen, refine, and document underlying procurements processes, policies, and governance and enhance the systems and tools to optimize GCM procurement processesSkill/Experience/EducationMandatoryBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience5+ years working in Finance, management consulting, or related fields.Strong understanding of typical business procurement and compliance processes (e.g., opening purchase orders and invoice reconciliation)Strong communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiativesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentationsDesiredExcellent influencing and senior stakeholder management skills.Experience managing vendor teams and relationshipsStrong collaborator with ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for process optimization who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience.Ability to thrive and exercise judgment in a fast moving environment and ambiguity, and a sense of humor.
