Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential, and experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.Talent Management: Direct involvement in recruitment processes, onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.Payroll: Print timesheets and disburse to Supervisors for employee signature. Process weekly payroll in ADP Work Force Now.Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
