Job Title: Lead Systems Specialist

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $ 68-73/hr (W2 contract)

 

What’s the Job?


Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of control systems projects.
Manages project financials, including costs, billings, and collections.
Provides technical guidance and leadership to the project team.
Ensures customer satisfaction and project success.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, contractors, and subcontractors.


 

What’s Needed?


Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of two years of field experience in the HVAC industry.
Proven experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC control systems.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
