tdgFacilities is a dynamic facilities management organization committed to excellence, integrity, and teamwork. Our team is seeking a full-time Commercial Plumber in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio / Sharonville, Ohio area to support our customers within the region. This role requires a working knowledge of a variety of plumbing systems. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment across multiple functional teams, and will support both on-demand break/fix and special project based work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve plumbing issues.
  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Collaborate with other skilled trades professionals, including electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure that repairs and projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Follow safety protocols and comply with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Estimated materials, labor, and time requirements for plumbing projects.
  • Maintaing accurate records of work performed and materials used through a cloud based work order system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and answering questions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid plumbing license or certification (Journeyman or Master Plumber preferredf).
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Required to both pass a background check and drug screen
