T-Mobile's National Security Compliance Office is looking for an organized, detailed-oriented, proactive Program Manager to lead projects and activities to fulfill critical US Government commitments. This position involves driving the coordination and implementation of large or complex projects, processes, and programs to include overseeing the creation of training materials, policies, procedures, automation initiatives, reporting, and other program governance activities. The ideal candidate needs the ability to think analytically, work well with others, coordinate across various internal teams and with leadership, meet deadlines for key deliverables, and provide essential program management support. Candidates must be U.S. citizens given the nature of this role.

What you'll do in your role.
  • Formulate and oversee project timelines and agendas, initiate kick-off sessions and lead working meetings and other program-centric efforts, including providing status updates.
  • Collaborate internally and with relevant business units, stakeholders, executives, legal counsel, and possibly third parties to create and sustain materials (such as training content, policy documents, and web content) and reporting associated with T-Mobile's national security compliance responsibilities.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements and streamline processes to aid compliance operations, which may include tracking and reporting systems, training, documentation, and providing general support to the compliance team, utilizing technological solutions when possible.
  • Proactively manage the team's efforts related to SharePoint, internal websites and other collaborative platforms and identify / lead automation enhancements.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of T-Mobile's obligations related to national security compliance and manage the life cycle of related operational and governance initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
  • Serve as an expert advisor (SME) to the Legal Affairs Department, stakeholders, leadership, and other company divisions on T-Mobile's programs tied to operational and governance aspects of national security compliance.
  • Assist with both internal and external audits concerning national security compliance and supply proof of commitment fulfillment upon request.
  • Additionally, undertake any other responsibilities / projects as directed by management as required.


The experience you'll bring.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Communications, or combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • 4-7 years experience as a program or project manager or compliance professional, with a record of successfully delivering increasingly complex solutions, systems, or services.
  • 2-4 years' experience working in the telecommunications industry.

T-Mobile requires U.S. citizenship for certain roles within the organization. This role requires U.S. citizenship. Individuals hired into this role will be required to submit documentation proving U.S. citizenship within the first 7 days of hire - failure to do so will result in termination.

Base Pay Range: $83,700 - $151,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
