Qualifications: Required Experience & Education: • Overall exp : Min 8 to Max 12 Years of exp • A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend engineering • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Required Skills: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend engineering • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and API design principles (OpenAPI) • Experience in creating and maintaining microservices, hands on with troubleshooting. • Explain high level flow / architecture of recently worked projects. • Experience implementing rate limiting, resiliency patterns, and observability techniques using Kubernetes/OpenShift/ Docker • Proficiency in cloud engineering, preferably with AWS experience • Strong experience with cloud infrastructure AWS (preferred) • Strong programming skills, particularly in TypeScript • Strong understanding of parallel processing, concurrency and asynchronous concepts • Expertise in NoSQL databases – DynamoDB / MongoDB & Caching Solutions – Redis/ EKS • Familiarity with event-driven architecture concepts • Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. • Experience with Continuous Integration/Deployments (Jenkins/Terraform/Git Lab Runners) • Experience with service-oriented architectures, microservices, and containerization. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience in analysing and developing RESTful, SOAP and micro services. Preferred Qualifications: • AWS cloud experience - Lambda , IAM, EKS, Dynamodb, S3, VPC • Experience with creating middleware and reusable components for cross team usage • Docker and IaaS (Terraform) • Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Istio. • Experience with performance optimization and profiling. • Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). • Contributions to open source projects.
