Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team, with a strong focus on backend development (70%) and some front end (30%) using ReactJS and React Native. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AWS and Kafka and have solid hands-on experience with scalable and resilient systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient systems using Java.
  • Implement secure and high-quality production code in alignment with system architecture and performance constraints.
  • Analyze large, diverse data sets to identify patterns and hidden issues, driving improvements in system architecture and code hygiene.
  • Create and contribute to architecture and design artifacts for applications while ensuring design constraints are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members in planning sessions to analyze business requirements and outline technical solutions.
  • Actively participate in software engineering communities and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team culture.
  • Conduct technical troubleshooting and participate in the software development life cycle using Agile methodologies, including CI/CD.


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, system design, application development, and operational stability.
  • Proficiency in Java development within a large corporate environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, React Native, and AWS services.
  • Experience working with Apache Kafka for scalable data pipelines and event streaming.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies such as CI/CD, security, and resiliency practices.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with technical disciplines including cloud computing, AI/ML, and mobile technologies.
