We partner with our Nurses at Centerpoint Medical CenterJob Summary and QualificationsThe Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation RN provides in-patient cardiac rehabilitation to patients meeting defined criteria for Phase I. Responsibilities also include data collection and management for cardiology quality initiatives (AMI/HF Core Measures, Get With The Guidelines CAD/HF and ACS/Chest Pain) and other nursing duties as assigned. The RN participates in departmental and hospital performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. No weekends or holidaysWhat qualifications you will need:Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateRegistered NurseRegistered Nurse Diploma, or Associate DegreeInpatient RN experience is requiredCenterpoint Medical Center is a 285+ bed hospital featuring state-of-the-art equipment and technology. We are an accredited Cancer Program and Breast Center. We provide Women’s Services, a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and a Stroke Center. Our Outpatient Services include a Surgery Center, Advanced Wound Care Center, Pain Center, Sleep Disorder Center, Imaging, and Rehab.
