Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation team at Centerpoint Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-patient cardiac rehabilitation to patients meeting defined criteria for Phase I
  • Collect and manage data for cardiology quality initiatives (AMI/HF Core Measures, Get With The Guidelines CAD/HF and ACS/Chest Pain)
  • Participate in departmental and hospital performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities
  • Perform other nursing duties as assigned
