This posting has been extended beyond the inital closing date. Director, VAR Enterprise Channel Sales leads a national team responsible for building a strategic distribution strategy. This position is focused on growing Value Added Reseller (VAR) and System Integrators (SI) strategy and execution for the fiber-based portfolio.Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Develops and executes strategic plan to grow revenue through a multi-channel distribution model. Builds channel awareness and encourages focus on Charter Spectrum’s entire suite of enterprise product solutions and its value proposition. Facilitates, develops and manages sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives; ensures awareness and collaboration, minimizing sales conflicts. Works with internal boundary partners such as Marketing, Order Management, Finance, etc. to deliver sales enablement tools and processes for a best-in-class Partner experience. Meets and exceeds annual sales and revenue targets across the multiple channels.
