You may conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for open positions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing an ownership mindset and delivering results under minimal supervision and tight deadlines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Creatively identify, source, and engage potential candidates using innovative strategies through the effective of use of marketing, social media, and AI. Pre-screen, interview, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
