North America Supply Chain Business Intelligence Developer will deliver
business intelligence services, lead BI software development, and present
BI reports. You will transform raw data into cohesive, valuable reports
capturing meaningful business insights.Key Job Responsibilities:Data ingestion and integration, including identifying and integrating data from various on-premises/cloud/hybrid sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party vendors.Develop and implement efficient and scalable processes for data extraction, loading & transformation (ELT) into our data lake, ensuring timely and accurate data processing.Implement and optimize data models to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information.Implement data governance policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. Enhance data security measures to protect sensitive information.Provide subject matter expertise and operational know-how to support data product teams with conversion of data related business requirements into data architectures and technical solutions.Document and make the operational know-how of the data infrastructure and engineering solutions work and ensure awareness around available data.Leverage best practices in continuous integration and delivery.Key IT Experience:Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines Knowledge of Python, SQL, and database scripting languages in general as well as general-purpose data handling languages. In addition, experience of Azure and Databricks (ideally with certifications) as well as experience with data modelling, ELT development, and data warehousing solutions.The ideal applicant has good communication and collaboration skills and will be a team player who takes ownership, builds cross-functional relationships with coworkers, and loves sharing knowledge.You are a curious world class problem solver who wants to keep learning in a dynamic global environment.Strong professional communication skills with an ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences with impact.Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, and time/process management skills with attention to detail.Demonstrates sound professional judgment and makes high quality decisions within an environment that can have tight deadlines and ambiguity.Flexible outlook, high learning agility, and proven change agent.Consumer products / food industry experience preferred.#LI-TN1Position Requirements: Key Behavioral Competencies: Exceptional prioritization and project management skills.Comfort level with a very high volume, fast paced operation in a time sensitive environment. Education and Work History: Minimum of Bachelors degree or higher in business or related discipline. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point for providing purchase and vendor analyses, Excel and/or PowerPoint presentations for managementThe applicant has a Bachelor s or master s degree in computer engineering/science, information technology, or alternatively similar real world experience. We are looking for a person with proven experience as a data engineer (or in a similar role) with at least 5 - 7 years working knowledge.
