Make It With Pride.You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.How you will contributeYou will support elements of the site's quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. Working knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action process. Job specific requirements: Knowledge of relevant Food Safety and sanitation requirements 3-5yrs of Manufacturing experience, preferred in Food industryPrior experience in FDA and USDA is preferred Quality and Sanitation Experience is preferredProblem Solving & Decision Making - identifies and solves problems, develops innovative solutions, acts decisively, and shows good judgment. Work schedule:Mon - Fri, 3rd shift schedule. Flexibility to come to work on weekends and off shifts to support as needed.OT availableSalary and benefits:The anticipated base salary range for this position is $66,100 to $90,925; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
