Qualifications and requirementsApplicants are required to have graduated from an accredited nursing school and current state LVN license. Additional requirements include:
Basic Life Support certification required.Handle with Care required within 90 days f hire.ACLS within 90 days of hire.PALS within 90 days of hire.Minimum one year work experience as an LVN in an acute care setting.
