Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN Home Health PRN

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality patient care in a home setting

- Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
- Current LVN license as required by state
- 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting
- CPR certification with American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Positive attitude and dedication to quality patient care
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
