Your Purpose as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

  • Place daily parts orders
  • Stock and post incoming orders with detail and accuracy
  • Assist Parts Manager in processing weekly stock orders
  • Ensure that credits are received for returned parts
  • Organize inventory in appropriate locations and in correct order by group and source as set by manufacturer
  • Provide necessary information to the warranty/scrap department to allow prompt filing of parts warranties/scrap.
  • Assist in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory
  • Assist in period part returns
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
