An Electrician with a minimum of 3-5 years industrial experience is preferred. Starting pay is $31.53Come join a team that puts safety first every dayCore Functions:Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic testing equipmentInstalls power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment, such as conveyors and programmable controllers, following electrical code and blueprints, using hand tools and voltage testerInstalls power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment, such as conveyors, and programmable controllers, following electrical code and blueprints, using hand tools and voltage testerConnects power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment, following manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints, using hand tools and test equipmentDiagnoses malfunctioning apparatus, such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixutures, using test equipment, and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables, using hand toolsTests malfunctioning machinery, using test equipment, and discusses malfunction with other maintenance workersReplaces faulty electrical components of machine, such as relays, switches, and motors, and positions sensing devices, using hand toolsOperates equipment equipped with programmable controllers to program automated machinery, such as robots and automated machinery. Tests for malfunctions, and verifies repairsPlans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings as neededDiagnoses and replaces faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipmentResponsible to adhere to the Food Safety Culture to provide safe product to consumersReport any concerns with safe food practicesPerform other duties as assignedFollows all safety policies and proceduresFollows Good Manufacturing PracticesSkills / Experience Requirements:High School Diploma / GED preferredElectrician with minimum 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience preferredPrevious experience in an industrial environment is preferredAbility to work safely and follow policies and proceduresMust be able to lift up to 50lbs.Must be able to work at heights and in confined spacesGood communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentWilling to work overtime and flexible hoursMust be able to work weekends and holidaysMust be able to work 2nd / 3rd shiftGood attendance#INDT1Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
