Ensure clear and timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of dialogue.Loan Origination and Advisory: Originate and prepare new loans meticulously, adhering to federal, state, and company regulations outlined in the "Loan Officer" agreement. Offer personalized advice and recommend the most suitable mortgage loan products aligned with customers' financial and individual needs.Sales Support, Metrics, and Reporting: Provide crucial assistance to New Home Consultants on customer pre-qualifications, actively contributing to the development of a pipeline for outside sales. Strive to meet or exceed closed loan capture rate, spot loan objectives, and other established sales goals and metrics specified in the "Loan Officer" Agreement.
