Call Center Rep - Interviewer

Pay From: $17 Per Hour

Must:
The Call Center candidates experience includes but is not limited to the following:
1+year of call center experience
Medical terminology knowledge
Strong documentation skills
Strong customer service support skills

DUTIES:
The Duties of the Call Center Interviewer include but are not limited to the following:
Make phone calls and answer phone calls
Conduct detailed telephone interviews following specific guidelines
Document all interactions and results of each call in database
Review materials screens prior to making phone calls
Organize paperwork and documentations and turn in completed work a at the end of each shift
Communicate with Coordinators on a regular basis
