We're looking for a talented and innovative Principal Product Manager to lead our AI initiatives and help us achieve our mission to become a Data-informed, AI-enabled, Digital-first company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the development and execution of our Data & AI product roadmap, focusing on creating best-in-class bots, personalized next-best actions, and offers across all digital touchpoints.
- Leverage data and machine learning to design and deploy solutions that optimize customer engagement, enhance user experiences, and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, marketing, customer care, T-Life, and T-Shop teams to define and prioritize product features and drive end-to-end execution.
- Ensure that all AI focused features are aligned with T-Mobile's strategic vision and deliver measurable business impact.
- Stay at the forefront of AI trends, technologies, and standard methodologies to continuously innovate and enhance our digital properties.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML/LLM, data-driven products, and/or digital customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Consistent track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products that leverage AI/LLM to drive customer value.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with complementary teams and collaborators.
- Data-driven attitude with strong analytical abilities and a passion for using insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Base Pay Range: $133,800 - $241,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
