Modernize, integrate and refine delivery practices, platform, and architecture designs along with automated delivery patterns (CI/CD, Continuous automation) that are aligned to the organization’s business goals (e.g., speed, reliability, scalability) 
Leverage expertise in domain-driven design principals to improve upon conceptual and logical models and advocate for their organization-wide adoption in adherence to architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks
Create detailed execution plans to implement recommendations for DevOps platform and solution designs and ensure consistency and compliance with architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks 
Influence business strategies and execution models by providing insights on how updated end to end delivery capabilities can drive business goals
Foster collaboration among various stakeholders across the business, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks in a unified manner
Provide technical expertise and training opportunities to empower technical teams in support of the implementation of solution design
Drive strategic communication regarding technical considerations and impacts to stakeholders helping them understand implications in detail
Maintain and leverage strong business networks to ensure ongoing alignment between business operations and IT strategy 
Contribute to and influence the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that drive business goals
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to help the organization maintain a competitive advantage, driving innovation within the organization
Education

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in lieu of a degree, at least 13 years of experience in IT

Preferred

TOGAF Certification  


 
Knowledge & Experience

10-12 years of experience in the DevOps domain and designing platform solutions
Experienced in designing and architecting complex systems at the functional or enterprise level 
Expertise in technology integration and the design of interfaces between systems 
Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) 
Experienced  in working with enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture
Extensive knowledge of existing and emerging enterprise architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks 
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience in/with creating strategies, frameworks, and solutions using DevOps best practices to create automatic and consistent delivery of infrastructure and applications that increase the speed of solution delivery
Experience as solution architect and/or software developer with experience in solution design, development and delivery lifecycle.
Expert level knowledge of DevOps concepts including experience with automation skills; CI/CD skills; infra automation (Chef, Puppet, Ansible); application and cloud deployment
Expertise in establishing Developer experience platform solutions that help establish continuous build environment to speed up software development.

This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.
