Job Title: Domain Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex technology solutions within the Quality Engineering domain. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and quality engineering, with expertise in technology integration and design of interfaces between systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and refine test automation process and architecture designs to align them to the organization's business goals.
  • Leverage expertise in domain-driven design principles to improve upon conceptual and logical models and advocate for their organization-wide adoption.
  • Create detailed execution plans to implement recommendations for solution designs and ensure consistency and compliance with architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks.
  • Influence business strategies and execution models by providing insights on how updated end-to-end delivery capabilities can drive business goals.
  • Foster collaboration among various stakeholders across the business, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks in a unified manner.
  • Provide technical expertise and training opportunities to empower technical teams in support of the implementation of solution design.
  • Drive strategic communication regarding technical considerations and impacts to stakeholders, helping them understand implications in detail.
  • Maintain and leverage strong business networks to ensure ongoing alignment between business operations and IT strategy.
  • Contribute to and influence the development of the overall Test strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that drive business goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in Quality Engineering and test automation domain to help the organization maintain a competitive advantage, driving innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or at least 13 years of experience in IT.
  • TOGAF Certification preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in the Quality Engineering domain and designing solutions.
  • Expertise in technology integration and the design of interfaces between systems.
  • Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Experienced in working with enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture.
  • Extensive knowledge of existing and emerging enterprise architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile methodology, with focus on test management in agile-based product development.

Work Environment: This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.
