RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO.

Duties Include:
* Successfully manage critical path milestone tracking across a portfolio of initiatives with sizeable complexity, risk, and ambiguity throughout the project management lifecycle: development, scoping, planning, execution & post-mortem
* Collect, monitor, and track project status, financial impact, and other key measures for enterprise initiatives
* Develop dashboard reporting capabilities for key enterprise initiatives in Power BI
* Exercise consistent project management skills while demonstrating strong business acumen, good challenging/questioning skills, and meeting facilitation skills
* Collaborate and communicate effectively across the organization to ensure awareness and alignment to objectives, feasibility and dependencies required to successfully implement initiatives/projects
* Prepare and deliver effective presentations and maintain detailed project documentation ongoing
* Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with initiative stakeholders and leaders, serving as a resource to support successful implementation of key initiatives/projects
* Assist identification and prioritization of the overall Project Management Office portfolio of initiatives/projects
* Champion the use of Project Management Office tools and processes across the organization

Specific Accountabilities:
* This role is accountable for documenting and monitoring critical path milestones for select enterprise initiatives and will be responsible for developing leadership-facing scorecards in Power BI to clearly articulate tracking
* This role will work closely with Project Management, Enterprise Planning, and Digital Transformation leaders

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or related field
* 3+ years of project management, Power BI data visualization or closely related experience
* Advanced Power BI skillset
* Expertise in project management, implementing consistent processes, procedures and reporting to enhance deliverables
* Analytical mindset with ability to gather, assess and interpret relevant data and distill into key insights
* Strong presentation development and delivery skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills including the ability to actively listen, verbalize ideas, resolve conflict and influence to drive consensus and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
* Fluent in English
* Ability to take initiative and work independently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
