Location : Sunnyvale, CA

Duration : 6 Month contract to Hire

Job Description:

As a Channel Sales Associate for our client you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share through effective management and support of channel partners. You will work closely with retail and reseller partners to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to effectively sell products and services. This role requires a proactive individual with strong relationship management skills, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Partner Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including retailers, resellers, and distributors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for channel partners to address sales inquiries, provide product knowledge, and resolve issues.
  • Sales Growth:
  • Identify new opportunities to drive sales growth through existing and new channel partners.
  • Ensure channel partners meet sales targets by supporting them with strategies, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Training & Enablement:
  • Deliver product training and updates to channel partners to enhance their knowledge and ability to sell products effectively.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to provide partners with the latest sales collateral, technical resources, and product information.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track and report on channel performance metrics, including sales figures, growth trends, and partner feedback.
  • Provide insights on market conditions, competition, and sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with key channel partners to discuss performance and align on future goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or channel management, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of product ecosystem and the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets through channel partners.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
