Lead ERP Integration Architect

Top Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Lead ERP Integration Architect to join our client s team and drive the integration of their ERP systems to support their dynamic business needs. The Lead ERP Integration Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing integration strategies that ensure seamless interaction between our ERP systems and other business applications. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, integration technologies, and business processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities.

  • Develop and maintain the integration architecture for ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Define and execute integration strategies for various ERP modules and third-party applications, including data migration and synchronization.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration teams, ensuring best practices are followed in design, development, and deployment.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and ERP vendors to gather requirements, assess needs, and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing ERP integration processes and improving system performance and reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, architecture designs, and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ERP integration and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our systems.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP integration
  • At least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
  • Extensive experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as middleware, API management, ETL processes, and data integration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, web services, and integration patterns.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex integration projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications related to ERP systems or integration technologies (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Integration Cloud).
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and understanding of their processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in ERP integration.
