Job Summary: Reconcile inventory at various terminals and locations using ETRM Software (RightAngle). Resolve out-of-balance conditions, ensuring accurate inventory. Coordinate with supply, marketing, and other companies to address outstanding items and comply with operational agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years experience with SAP or similar ERP applications, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to research inventory and billing questions
  • Teamwork skills

Job Duties:

  • Actualize LightOil Hydrocarbon inventory movements for the inventory system.
  • Collaborate with operations personnel to resolve inventory issues.
  • Ensure equity terminals are balanced before inventory closes in RightAngle by the 3rd business day of the month.
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end inventory closing activities.
  • Conducted physical inventory counts with supply, terminal operations, and internal auditors at terminal locations.
