Gratiture Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Lead to manage and oversee the IT infrastructure and operations for our client's eCommerce organization. They work to ensure that IT systems and networks are well-maintained, secure, and available. The Infrastructure & Ops Lead often manages teams that handle tasks such as server administration, network management, system security, and IT support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the organization's IT infrastructure to support business objectives
  • Oversee the maintenance and configuration of servers, network devices, and data centers to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and services, including public and private cloud solutions, to support scalability and cost-efficiency
  • Lead and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure the organization's ability to recover from IT disasters and maintain business continuity
  • Monitor and forecast infrastructure capacity needs to accommodate growth and changing demands
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and service delivery
  • Lead the response and executive reporting for IT incidents, outages, and service disruptions, minimizing downtime and impact on users
  • Lead implementation of automation tools and processes to streamline infrastructure management and reduce manual tasks with DevOps teams
  • Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure and operations tasks, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Lead and mentor a team of Infra, DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Designed and implemented Release Management Strategy and CI/CD pipelines
  • Designed, architected and implemented cloud infrastructure solutions

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficiency in leading and managing infrastructure and operations teams
  • Must have experience in Retail/Ecommerce domain
  • Must have experience in Salesforce Cloud.
  • Ability to oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud resources
  • Skill in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of technology infrastructure
  • Capability to develop and execute infrastructure and operations strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation for technology infrastructure
  • Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support, security, and development
  • Skill in disaster recovery planning and business continuity management
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure and operations, such as cloud computing and DevOps
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to drive technology initiatives and align them with business goals
  • Effective knowledge of IT service management and operations best practices

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT service management (ITSM) and operations roles
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Candidates without experience in the eCommerce/Retail domain and Salesforce Cloud will not be considered.
