Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 3+ years' experience supporting Windows 10 operating systems. 3+ years' experience supporting and configuring computer hardware/software. 3+ years' experience working in a technical customer service environment. 3+ years' experience working with a ticket tracking system (e.g. Microsoft SCSM, ServiceNow, Cherwell, etc.).

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
