As the Lead RN in Nursing Administration, I oversee nursing operations ensuring quality patient care and adherence to healthcare regulations. My responsibilities include managing nursing staff, implementing best practices, and contributing to organizational strategies for healthcare delivery. I also facilitate staff development through education programs and support their wellbeing through comprehensive benefits.
