TRC Talent Solutions is hiring for a Project Executive to join our team in Dallas Healthcare Construction Responsibilities Document best practices to share across projects; ensure optimal construction methods are usedManage claims; identify and resolve potential claims with subcontractors and suppliersProtect and promote the interests of the Company; ensure all compensation for work performed is receivedAssist the Project Manager with problem and conflict resolutionManage the scope of work and maintain full mastery of contract documentsSupport the achievement of EEO goalsManage the financial aspects of contracts; ensure job margin analysis is completed regularlySet and monitor safety, quality, schedule, cost, and owner relationship goalsManage multiple projects and Project Managers as neededEnsure proper project billing; review and negotiate potential change orders with the ownerDirect and ensure timely completion of project close-out activities Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceRelated project experience in the markets served Company Description:TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
