San Francisco, California, United States Snorkel AI Full time
We're on a mission to democratize AI by building the definitive AI data development platform. The AI landscape has gone through incredible change between 2016, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world's largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler
Snorkel AI is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead data development projects from start to finish. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and keep each initiative on track and on budget. The TDM will own every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet Snorkel AI's standards of quality. Our projects sit at the cutting edge of AI, requiring a focus on detail and a readiness to adapt as the field advances.

Collaborate with Client Success : Work with the Client Success team to structure project details for external or client-facing materials.
Manage Budget: Oversee project finances by tracking expenses, aligning resources with project goals, and ensuring spending stays within approved limits. Communicate budget clearly to stakeholders and provide timely updates on financial risks or adjustments.
Communicate with Data : Present updates and forecasts using data-driven insights for diverse audiences.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years in technical service delivery or technical project management
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create, interpret, and present insights.
Experience with SQL, JSON, and query management for pulling, pushing, and consolidating data from multiple sources.
Proven ability creating solutions "from scratch" and adapting swiftly to evolving needs
Ability to adapt plans in resource-constrained or fast-changing environments
Familiarity with system architecture and AI/ML concepts
