Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of engineering projects and ensure alignment with engineering leadership's vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and experience in managing complex projects from conception to completion.


Key Tasks
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery of multiple concurrent engineering projects.
  • Requirement Gathering: Gather and consolidate incoming requirements from cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between engineering priorities and business needs.
  • Task Execution: Oversee the execution of cross-functional requests, transforming them into well-defined engineering tasks and tracking progress.
  • Timeline Development: Create detailed project timelines and present them to internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead weekly sprint planning, scrums, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring engineering teams follow best practices and improve efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Support the implementation of software development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and system integration processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Decision Making: Execute decisions made by engineering leadership regarding team assignments, capacity planning, and workload distribution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in architecture, system dependencies, and technical scalability, reporting them to engineering leadership and executing mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, technical challenges, and outcomes to engineering leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Leadership Support: Provide technical insights, project metrics, and roadmaps to engineering leadership, ensuring priority execution.
