Job Description

The Global Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for all aspects of network operations, including client program planning and development, evaluation, and driving meetings globally.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations within the current scope of work.
  • Analyze trends, make strategic data-driven decisions, and hold periodic service reviews with stakeholders.
  • Maintain global operations and processes according to required standards, ensuring consistency across teams.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, monitor employee performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Implement projects efficiently, recommend improvements for operational excellence, and prepare documents for global processes and policies.
  • Ensure optimal network services and provide training to staff members, guaranteeing effective deliverables.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience managing technical teams globally, supporting and deploying enterprise networks.
  • Strong technical knowledge of routers, switches, routing protocols, and circuit troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
