RN Multidisciplinary Coordinator - Outpatient Cancer Center at Loyola University Health System summary:

The RN Multidisciplinary Coordinator in the Outpatient Cancer Center is responsible for coordinating comprehensive care for gynecologic oncology patients. This role involves patient education, symptom management, and assisting with procedures related to chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. The ideal candidate will possess a BSN and prior oncology experience, providing exceptional care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Description:

Part-Time - Day Shift

This position requires a Registered Nurse with Oncology experience. This position involves complex coordination of all aspects of care for the gynecologic patient population. This nurse will work in the Oncology clinics supporting three Gynecologic Oncologists practices. They will provide patient education including disease management, pre and post op education, chemo and radiation education. Will assist with procedures and perform patient triage including symptom management related to disease, chemo, surgery and radiation.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:

  • A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN
  • BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire

BSN Pay Range: $29.78 - $48.84 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
