- BASE: To $405K Per years experience - NO STATE TAX - keep more off the top
- Relocation - $30,000 +
- Sign on bonus - 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE
- Retention bonus 10% of annual salary at 2 year mark
- Student Loan Repayment: Yes several
- Guaranteed yearly Base Increase up to 5%
- PTO: 400 hour carry over/or cash payout of not used 2X’s yearly/Time off increases with tenure
- PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
- CME: Paid + Time Off

- 50% Adult / 50% Child
- 2-hour for child
- 1.5-hours for adults
- 4- or 5-day work week your choice
